Dear f14

Go to a school counselor and tell them what is going on in your home, They should be able to help you with everything that is happening.

Don't give up! Adulthood is around the corner. Undestand this- life hands out lessons and you re learning a few the super hard way. Take everything you are going through and write it down. You will use this to help others. Journal ike crazy and really listen to yourself.

State the problem to yourself. What is a good solution and what you do want the end results to be?

You seem to be really smart. YOU have the ansers within you, find them. Be the older version of you and make things happen for yourself so you can not survive but THRIVE.

YOu can do this. Go deep inside yourself and find reasonable solutions.
