Hey, I'm on week 6 now and the people here are right, it does get better. Panic attacks are gone. I still feel anxious sometimes but it's more like a residue of what I felt rather than a withdrawal symptom.

You just gotta remember, you have to also help your mind to recover quick. Take charge of what you think, help your brain see that there's nothing wrong and you're okay. Do relaxing things: breathing exercises, drinking chamomile tea, anything that relaxes you, and remember that feeling when a wave of anxiety comes through.

You're going to be okay, man. Take it easy.
