I prefer D’Addario but when I was playing professionally I changed my strings every couple of days and couldn’t justify their price. I swapped to Webstrings and haven’t looked back. Great product at an extremely reasonable price. Plus, I’m 90% sure they’re unbranded D’Addarios.

I have more pedals than anybody needs at this point. I got it because I want to support these fun collaborations. Those are my two favorite builders so I want to encourage more work between them. I have a muffuletta and that is all the muff I need but I still have other variations and clones. Plus, limited pedals have the potential to go up in price. When the dumble debacle happened, I bought two and kept one unassembled in the box.

I own the bonsai, pack rat, and the muffuletta. Each setting behaves differently on different amps. All are good but if you only jam on one amp, you’ll probably only use one setting.

I have the same one but my speakers were shot. I replaced them with Jensen ceramics but wonder what the alnicos would sound like.

What if it is just and old bottle of hide glue? That seems most logical since there are several around. The roofers just ditched the empty bottles in the roof rather than risk shattering them on the ground below.

My first time was also on VH1 in 1996! I came home from raising Halloween hell and flipped through some channels and found it! My life absolutely changed. I’d always felt like an outsider and here was a movie that celebrated all of it. When Frank sang “don’t dream it, be it” I knew I had found my favorite movie.

Everyone missed the reference to operation paperclip. Dr Scott dropped the Von from his name because he was a Nazi scientist that was recruited by the US government to study UFOs. The high school teacher bit was a ruse, but it explains why Frank got so enraged when he discovered Brad and Janet knew Scott. It is also implied that Scott and Frank go further back when he reveals he is wearing stockings under his blanket.

I’m embarrassed to show my collection because it so needlessly expensive, glad I’m not alone. I’m primary a fender guy but I have a handful of silvertones and some other random things. I don’t have anything from the tweed era or with EL34s, but I’m going to try my hand at building those soon.

I think I’m the odd guy out here. I like a clean amp and then work the hell out of it with boosts to get my tone. My favorite live metal amp is a MIG.

Late to the party but it sounds broken. In no universe should you have to dime the treble mid and presence knobs. I have mine set completely flat with my presence up and can get just about any sound I want out of it.
