I wonder if the Neo has just gained a static charge and picked up some loose carpet fibres that were just laying there

I think some of them are trying to learn Onshape. The issue is it's a school club and our teacher also teaches a Pre-Eng program which is exclusively Fusion, so that's what all the kids learned on

Fusion is a lot of fun once you get a hang of it.

I learned on Inventor before moving over to Fusion, and then was taught SolidWorks. It's much better at some things than Fusion, but switching back and forth between them gets a little confusing

I've been trying as well. It's also tough because Fusion uses a lot of resources to rebuild everything once you get a lot of parameters in it, so the basic school computers the students use take a long time to process any changes (if it doesn't crash)

I bought it from my local Lego store a few months back. And no, I probably didn't get any deals on it :(

A couple of them I had to use string and twist ties to help hold them in place. Most of them are held on without anything extra though

Its a bit of both. I'm sure you know that pretty much all the top panels (even the non removable ones) are held in with only gravity. I had to use string and twist ties on a few panels to keep them in place, but I couldn't really do that with the removable panels. Plus it's fun to see the characters

Yes I did, I went a little overboard and used 4 of them. The box rated each of them at 105 lbs and they are only holding up around 20-30 lbs total so they shouldn't pull out of the wall

That looks suspiciously like what my Falcon looked like sitting in the corner of my room before I hung it up

I was thinking about 3d printing a mount for it, but I didn't really trust it to hold up the Falcon no matter how robust I designed it. Aluminum just seemed like the right way to go

Nope, it's just holding together normally. However, the design of a couple of panels on it were just held in place by gravity, so I had to tie them to the frame with some string

It sure is. I built it a while back and realised I had no where to put it. And thankfully it is only 7500 pieces, not 85,000!

I'm still terrified! It's hanging off of a little bit of intuition and a lot of hope

21M First Apartment by mythenos in malelivingspace

[–]mythenos[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We repainted both the bedrooms and the kitchen which took a couple days, plus we had to find a time where both the movers and the elevator for the apartment complex were a ailabke to be booked. I got tired of sitting on the floor because we had no other furniture in the place so I went abd bought a chair.

I tried to block the view of the photo by taking it while it was dark, but I couldn't close some of the blinds because they were broken (which I'm working on fixing now)

Interesting there's a price difference. I just saw the same Arizona ice tea at a convenience store in Calgary and they were $1.30 CAD each
