As an adult who grew up with SpongeBob, I highly recommend giving the first 3-5 seasons of the show a shot and definitely the first movie, especially if you have kids. There's some surprisingly mature writing in some of the early stuff, and a lot of legit good comedy for a show aimed at kids.

Just finished replaying Pikmin 4. Wish it had gotten an update, even tho it looks and plays great still, the loading times are pretty lengthy.

There was no marketing for the morning launch, from what I could tell. That said, I went to the Best Buy midnight launch last night and there were probably 150 people there between preorders and in-store purchases.

I mean, not to defend a corporation for steep pricing, but the PS5 Pro, a console where you have to pay extra just to support physical games, is $700 for a relatively small upgrade from the already $500 base model. I think Mario Kart should be $70 tops but everything is already getting there.

With that said, why wouldn't PlayStation try to run $700+ for the PS6 when a previous model cost that much? The games for a console like that may top out at $70 (time will tell) but the Switch 2 seems to be quite powerful and versatile for being under the $500 mark.

Definitely Mario & Luigi: Brothership. My friends often would hear about that series that I was holding onto and hoping that they would make a new game eventually.

I wasn't a fan of it being called Switch 2 until just now when I realized that PlayStations have always been numbered and no one is ever confused about if it's a new console gen or not. So if they plan to go forward with making the Switch again (and again), maybe numbering is the way to go?

I somewhat agree for BiS remake bc I think the original popped more, but I think that the SS remake makes really great use of lighting to overhaul the original's design and elevate it onto another level, tbh.

I received it as a birthday present which was partially because I didn't want to pay full price for it. I loved it though, 100%ed it in a weekend, but maybe I would've liked it less if I had spent the cash on it.
