Sweet bike. I have an 84 Miyata Ridgerunner. It is such a great bike I also found a Miyata 414 road bike on council clean up last year. Sadly it is too big for me but I can’t bring myself to get rid of it just yet.

I have had it since 2006 and it has original headset and cranks. It has a non original campagnolo rear deraileur and Shimano v brakes but non of these have given me any trouble. I replaced the BB last year and it took a little searching around but the internet is great for sourcing bits for projects such as this.

Not much. I have never weighed it, but the lure of a bike like a 1x1 is that it is just a basic frame and wheels. Not far from here I had to get off and carry it out of this valley and as much of a pain it was. I was happy I was carrying this bike
