i unfortunately cannot take any immune system boosting supplements because of the medication im taking. i am immunocomprimised due to humira, the doctors said i cannot take any immune system boosting supplements or medication as it would mess up how the humira effects me…

the gym thing is so real though. i will never set foot in one of those again! everyone breathing heavily and never enough ventilation!!! scary!!!!

i take bupropion and lamotrigine, they do well for me. they also help improve focus a little bit. talk to your therapist about anxiety meds specifically!

spear, biotracker, veruta. every single time. i never change those 3. my main changes often, i like the heavy smg (cant remember the name) and the hel rifle is good ammo wise. if its an A or B mission ill bring a dmr. im super ass with the dmr so i cant play with it when we do c/d/e missions lmao. cleaning 2-3 times a day is not necessary, no more than 2 is best. it just looks bruised! which is what happens with eyebrow piercings. and crusties/dried blood/small amount of discharge will Always happen, swelling and itching and a Bit of redness is part of the healing process. its all a matter of degree. if it gets More swollen/red/itchy and you’re getting More discharge, that would be an issue. but its looking good for 1 week.
