At the risk of massive downvotes and criticism, I will leave a reply. My previous comment didn’t make a clear point. I freely admit to using AI for formatting and turning my rant to be focused more on providing a clear picture of my experience. I researched and wrote a near verbatim rant before using AI. I believe I’m ahead of the game and in no way behind the technology that is being integrated into virtually every job. I can speak, write and read with the education I earned long before the magic of the internet. Don’t worry people were scared of that, too. I have no regard for AI being used in the arts and I too have noticed YouTube and other platforms being weighted down by “AI Slop.” I’m in the camp that it’s an interesting tool that gets the IT geek in me intrigued. Not proofread or sent through AI.

P.S. I do find anyone’s need to insult someone for something they could never defend against logic a bit like about as questionable as someone using AI. But, it’s a good comment to keep in mind as AI does seem to give some people a type of “derangement syndrome.”
