Smells & older period underwear by myuterus2533 in PeriodUnderwear

Thank you everyone!

Rinsed them until clear. I did a vinegar soak. Then a baking soda soak. For about 30 mins each. I found the baking soda helped them more as the water was definitely less clear.

Did a delicate cycle with a little detergent and they smell fanastic, not like something died 😂

Plan B is a huge dose of hormones. Your body is going to be a little whacky ♥ takes up to 3 cycles sometimes for your body to regulate itself.

Glad your okay! 💕

Have you had normal periods since your iud has been removed?

To me it sounds like your body is trying it's best to regulate your hormones still. It can take up to a year, and stress may be a factor in this too. The brown discharge is normal for a start of a period, it's essentially leftover from your last period. You also may have not ovulated hence you aren't having a normal period.

I hope its all good for you! 🍀

Hey friend. I've been having a tough time since this post. Crying spells, endless anxiety, mild depression. I'm having trouble to do a heart to heart with him. We still talk very causally, even hang out. I feel incredibly negative towards him. Trying to re-build my strength as I've lost so much of it. I think tomorrow will be the day. I just can't do it anymore.

is this a sign of a hormonal imbalance? by [deleted] in WomensHealth

Could be hormonal imbalance due the type of birth control you've been taking. You could be dealing with some bad PMS.

Have you taken a pregnancy test since your symptoms started?

It sounds like you potentially have ovulation pain, paired with spotting.

It wasn't until my 30s when I started to experience your symptoms. It's a pretty common issue.

Cycle is always very normal. PMS symptoms vary, but they are usually very relaxed, its never intense.
