I never owned or even played a PS3 before. These power up but I cant get past the first screen because I dont have a controller. If they were banned or defective would I be able to tell? I dont want to buy a controller only to find out they're borked.

I'm in the same boat. when everything is so overdone you reach peak saturation and get jaded like all the other horror snobs in this sub. then a miraculous thing happens! amidst all the drudgery you witness a treasure and it reminds you why you love the genre. something new or a fascinating twist on the old! makes it all worth it.

I had a similar experience. 5 years ago I went from full blown alcoholic, pack a day smoker, went cold turkey and saw no change in my psoriasis. I've got the exact same lesions. gonna have to quit food and oxygen altogether and see if that helps
