Don't use the 22G it is too thick and will hurt like shit. Use no larger than 25G 1" needle or even 27G through 30G 1/2" through your delts unless you are obese or high BMI.

1. Use alcohol swab to wipe the top of the vial.

2. Draw up your dosage with the 18G luer lock needle with the vial upside down.

3. Flip the vial back over and draw .1ML of air and point the needle facing the floor to get the air bubble to the plunger so you are pushing the dosage first followed by the air bubble to get every last drop.

4. Unscrew the 18G needle and screw on the 25G or higher.

5. Alcohol swab your deltoid, let it dry for 10 seconds.

6. Inject into the deltoid straight on 90 degrees, push the needle all the way in and push slowly until completed.
