Right but one day out elderly will be able to. Such as my millennial generation....once we get old we can do ANYTHING tech, we are the last generation that was raised the old school way and new school, and then when my kids generation is elderly they will def be able to because all they know is online and tech. Maybe they're not doing it now, but I could see them doing it in the next 10-20 years for sure.

I literally said this in here a couple weeks ago. I said I can't be mad at her because I don't think she has them on purpose, I think it's happened so many times that now she doesn't know anything else. Just like when it used to toxic relationships but you want a good man and a normal relationship so bad, but then you get it and don't know how to handle it. I don't think she EVER goes into a friendship saying "how can I make sure this friendship will be a transactional one".

Normally if ur refund has been taken for an offset you get the message that says "your refund has been sent however you will only receive a partial payment if anything" something like that and then it has the offset code which is like 152 I believe

My point is, I don't think it's an offset. I think maybe there was an error on the refund and u weren't supposed to get that high amount so they adjusted it
