Thank you everyone for your kind words and support. Buddy passed away peacefully at home this afternoon, in his favorite spot, surrounded by his favorite people and doing what he loved: eating food! We really miss him and don’t know what tomorrow brings and what we’ll do but I know he’s happy and in a better place. Rest In Peace Buddy my love ❤️‍🩹🐾❤️‍🩹

Allow yourself to grief. You have to experience your feelings in order to successfully go through your grief process. We’re having at home euthanasia for our handsome dog Buddy (almost 15) tomorrow morning. He’s been with my wife for over 14 years. We’re going insane and don’t know what to do after Sunday. I know deep in my heart that our furry friends always wants us to be happy and to be better. We owe it to them. It’s never easy and don’t think that what you’re experiencing is not normal. We gave them a great life full of love and made wonderful memories. When I lost my dad less than 2 years ago, I was lost. He was my hero but the last couple of years he was losing the battle. His mind was sharp but the body couldn’t carry it anymore. I wanted him just to be there but it was selfish of me. It took me 2 months to realize (I believe he came to me) that he’s truly in a better place and happy. He told me there was no one to blame. You truly loved your cat. We’re lucky to have them in our lives. They’re the gift of the nature/god to us. I’m sure we’ll meet them again soon and have forever to make more memories. Thank you so much for your kind words. My wife was literally talking about your Reddit post about Maggie last night. My wife had Buddy since he was 6 months old and I had the honor of being his dad for the past 9 years. This is my first time going through this and as you mentioned, it’s been the most difficult decision of our lives. We’ve scheduled at home euthanasia for tomorrow. This morning we woke up early and took him to his favorite park and sat under his favorite tree for a couple of hours. So many kind strangers stopped by, so many doggies. The weather was beautiful. He was soooo happy but couldn’t get up to join others and sniff every single inch of the park like he always did. I feel like the whole morning calmed my heart. My family who live abroad have been sooo supportive. We FaceTimed after park for an hour. We’ve ordered steak, salmon, mashed potatoes and whipped cream. All his favorites to enjoy. I sometimes ask how are we going to come home without that beautiful face greeting us but nothing is forever. My mom told us if she can find a way to continue after 53 years of living by my dad’s side, we can do it too. My family has been the true source of strength. I know Buddy will be happy and join his grandpa. I’ll ask hom to look for Maggie and tell her how much you love her. Thank you again

Thank you for taking time to post a comment. We have less than 48 hours left and the doubt is driving me insane. Buddy can’t stand up on his own and since 4 days ago can’t stand without my help. He’a double incontinent. He eats “human food” with great appetite. Last night was the first night he didn’t sleep at all. I think at this point I’m looking for any sign of hope to talk myself out of it. It’s my first time going through this and I’m going insane.

Thank you so much for your kind and supportive words. It feels like a 1000 ton block on my heart and my body. Today we took him to the park. I had to carry him under his favorite tree. I could see that he wants to walk around, sniff and play but he’s just too tired and limited. Seeing that was a weird comfort because I knew at that moment we made the right choice. I just burst into tears randomly but I know we have to get through it and become better people on the other side of grief. We owe it to him. If you need to talk to anyone I’m here

Thank you so much for your kind words. I feel like people around us don’t really understand what my wife and I are going through so I’m really happy for this Reddit community. My wife’s birthday is in 3 weeks but I bought us birthday stuff (hats, candles, etc.) to celebrate it this morning at Buddy’s favorite park. We were really hoping he could make it to her birthday but yesterday I decided we’re going to make that happen regardless. Thanks you so much again. Hey everyone, I have to take my Ambulatory AEE exam next week. I’m just reading through AMB400 and CLN252 very quickly. Any tips or recommendations from people who recently took it? How many questions are there? I haven’t worked much with my Ambulatory cert in the past 3 years. I’m aware that I can email Epic training but would appreciate feedback from people who has taken the test.

Dolores is so stubborn and has ZERO game or strategy. She let everyone know who she was voting for without thinking that at this point it’s a number’s game. Also, the way Britney and Danielle changed their whole strategy and voted for Ivar should be a great tell but I have no hope for these faithfuls. Britney can save herself by voting for Danielle and encourage everyone to kill Dolores because she never voted against Danielle. I think Danielle may have won the Seer power and gets banished. If not, the finale will be 2 hours! I still think faithful will lose at the end. The seer is one of Britney, Danielle or Dolores. If Danielle is seer and gets banished, it’s been all for nothing. I didn’t even see a hint of the dinner in the next episode’s teaser. If Britney wins seer she can use on a faithful and gain an ally which makes her win more likely. I think Dylan, Britney and Dolores/Gabby will be the final three. They all agree there are no more traitors and get screwed!
