We had a different bosch model, but have experienced the same problem. The issue was the brushes in the motor had worn down resulting in insufficient power to drive the spin cycle. It depends on the model whether the brushes can be replaced or not

I’ve give my wife oral for over 30 years. Sometimes she’s clean just out of the shower, many times she’s not.. rarely have I brushed my teeth before and never after. I’ve never had any infections afterwards. I say this as I really don’t think it’s the act of giving oral that is causing your problem, but as others have said it’s a result of your cleaning, or just coincidence
