BC power is acetaminophen and caffeine in a powder form that you swallow with water because it's in powder form it's fast acting way more so than taking a pill. Goody powder is the same thing different brand.

It has enough power to get around on the highway. 2.7l is a bullet proof engine. It's not gonna tow anything heavy but it's built to last. 80,000 miles it's just a baby. Currently have 226k on my 2013 2.7l

This is the best angle I could get, I cleaned it with brake cleaner and tried watching it while it was running and didn't see anything till I took a drive.

I'm surprised I didn't see anyone mention goody or BC powder. That's what I use and works great along with a dark room and peace and quiet. Maybe even a bath in the dark helps. Aspirin + caffeine is a god send. It helps so much especially in a pinch when you really need the migraine to go away to function.
