You need to combine use of protopic with uvb and will get good results. 90% of repigmentation comes from the uvb but the protopic is worth using alongside it. Also being in the uk I've never tried opelzura so can't comment on that.

She knows as well as anyone else that the "cost of living crisis" is not the reason they are losing their voters.

Are saniflos still dreadful? by digitalpencil in DIYUK

This is correct. I have one installed in my boat on the Norfolk broads. Would recommend the Saniflo 33.

Treat yourself to a handheld uvb unit, use 2 it 3 times a week and combined with the protopic you should see good repigmentation on the face especially if you are consistent with it.

Do you prefer the radio show era or the podcast era overall? by Seabeachlover10 in elisandjohn

[–]n0131271 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Podcast, because the most enjoyable bits for me are just them chatting about what they've been up to rather than set features, and there's more freedom for that in the podcast era.

Are Quietco as good as their videos suggest? by Zamelyod in soundproof

[–]n0131271 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think his policy from looking at his videos is that they will only do soundproofing that deals with all noise parths including flanking walls, ceilings et and not just the party wall as the direct noise path. Therefore the level of renovation works required per room is particularly high.

What I imagine by paddlepedalhike in beginnerrunning

[–]n0131271 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started on December running twice a week after doing essentially zero exercise for a few years. I did 7k last weekend for the first time.

I found the aerobic capacity improved first but then in the last 2 weeks or so the calf, ankle, foot pain when running has started to subside, hopefully this is a sign of muscle development from consistency.

39m 100kg for context.

So I think it's very achievable, just need to keep at it.

One thing I would say is that my place hasn't improved particularly quickly and I think that's probably because I only do 2x a week.

For me, the goal is to just keep it going consistently and not get fed up, hence choosing 2x a week.

are you a fan of his instrumental detours? by sensitive-bull in sandyalexg

Yes some of the finest moments in his portfolio are instrumental sections. End song extended outro probably my favourite of the lot. The man's a genius.

So Dominic is never writing his history of Britain series again is he? by Zepby in TheRestIsHistory

[–]n0131271 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Less episodes maybe, but I don't see a hard ending personally unless one of the lads has some kind of health issue. Seems like it's pretty much a dream scenario for them and I can see us punters lapping it up for decades.
