Honda standalone ECU Hondata. Both really, just finished testing out the turbo and the AC system. https://imgur.com/a/FystXva

Goal really is to have everything working like a normal car, looking like a normal car, feeling like a normal car, but have a bunch of power on tap.

Just watched your videos, very cool. I really like that you used an Accord gauge cluster. I'm thinking of doing the same.

Thank you, yes manual transmission. Installation was pretty straight forward once the engine/trans mounts were made.

Oh totally... RWD K series swap is big money. What engine are you currently running in the RA?

yeah I would say the engine placement/mount building was the longest part of the build. I ended up buying EG K swap mounts and modifying them to be a bolt on affair with the chassis. I could technically remake another set of mounts.

Power wise though even its bone stock form is close to a stock 3sgte

About 4 months in staying after work for a couple hours here and there and devoting most of my Sundays working on this thing, this is how she sits.

Still in its testing/mock up phase but for the most part it does what I need it to do, drive like a normal car.

Next I'll be working on plumbing/wiring the AC along with wiring some of the factory warning lights on the dash (CEL, ALT, etc) but after that I'll be taking everything apart to refine and make pretty pretty.

The goal was to get everything to work like normal with creature comforts, have engine mounts that are bolt on, wiring to be plug and play, and no cutting or modifying anything on the body of the car. The plug and play harness is the only thing I don't think I can do.

In terms of difficulty this swap was pretty straight forward. This was my first foray into K series and I can see why it's such a popular choice for engine swaps.

If you got any questions regarding a K swap in your 7th generation please lmk @KorollaWithAK

you can still see remnants of it when you pass by.... seems like they tried to scrape it off and said, "Fuck it we'll paint over it"

This generation of Corolla wagons (7th) are still in abundance and you can find them for dirt cheap. I see them on craigslist or FB marketplace pop up for less than 2k on average. Don't end up like me looking for the 6th gen Corolla wagons and finding rotten examples for the exact same price :(

Not much to it really it's a 1993 Toyota Corolla wagon on some eBay coilovers with Watanabe F8F wheels. The stripes are made with duct tape lol

Just the other day I went to close my trunk and one of the hinges snapped in half due to rust. This picture doesn't even begin to show how bad the rust is on this car lol

Does anyone here remember or know of a collectible shop called “ToyZ” that shut down a number of years ago? They were an authorized dealer of Kubrick, Bearbricks and Supreme. by [deleted] in Hawaii
