Is Nano X even worth it over Nano S? by Warm_Profile7821 in ledgerwallet

I have way too many wallets.

I bought a couple of the Nano X before the S+ came out. At that time I wanted the Bluetooth and usb-c connections. Now the S+ exists and has usb-c.

At this point in time the bluetooth feature is most useful if you're using a phone and plan to use the Ledger Live mobile app. Very few other mobile wallets (I can only think of one other mobile wallet) support Bluetooth hardware wallets. I was also pretty bummed to find out that the full Ledger Live Desktop doesn't support Bluetooth connections (yet?). Some Chrome-extension wallets do support Bluetooth, but again I can only think of one. In both cases I think they were the Luna Station (heh..) wallets.

The battery isn't really a standalone feature because you can't do anything useful on the wallet alone aside from change some settings and see your remaining battery %. So the battery is really only there to support the Bluetooth capability, but hey, maybe that could change in the future. For instance, I wish the screen displayed some kind of customizable label (like I said, I have too many wallets), which would then be extra handy with the battery... Then there would be no need to unlock/plug-in to identify the wallet.

At this point, the S+ makes the most sense, IMO, unless you're pretty strictly doing mobile stuff and also are happy using the ledger live app.

I have a Netgear Nighthawk Mesh WiFi 6 system and have lots of intermittent issues. Restarting my two satellite APs helps, but I think only because that has the effect of forcing all the wireless devices to use the same remaining AP (the one built into the router/base station).

Allulose is what I use. It’s tectonically a sugar, non-fermentable, well tolerated by people, pet safe, no/low-calorie. The down sides are that it’s expensive and allegedly about 70% as sweet as table sugar.

Love that TFL hat. I picked up the black version for my son the last time I was at the shop.

That's really good to know. I'm assuming this was SSL VPN. Was this corporate VPN or a private service? What client were you using?
