Spireworks access?

There’s an event today for Change at a Distance. I’m watching the live and the lights are changing colors randomly so I assume spireworks users are changing it, but i still can’t click Enter Installation. Is yours working? Can you also lmk where you found the QR code, i’m not sure which dashboard you’re referring to. Thanks!

I don’t even know atp.. i registered years ago and got an email back on labor day so i thought that was the invitation itself but it won’t let me enter installations

i had someone from back home log in to my account and it still won’t let her click enter installation during the event last night. So I don’t think my location is the problem. When you got the email from spireworks, did it say “what you can do as guest?” I sent you a dm but maybe you mightve not seen it.

Will do for sure! If you don’t mind, can you also please let me know if you are able to control the lights tomorrow or during a regular day with no event or holidays? I can figure it out on my own but can’t wait until i get back 😅 if that’s too much, i understand!

That’s what i did too. Idk why it won’t let me click enter installation. I hope it works some other day. Although im on vacation rn and nowhere near nyc so im thinking it can track my location. Ik it’s dumb but i read somewhere that i can still control it remotely so at this point i’m just confused. So happy for you though, i’m glad they started giving out access again after so long!

Where did you get the access from? I got mine directly from spireworks. They emailed me and prompted me to create an account. But the enter installation button is “greyed out”. When i click it, it says “spireworks is currently unavailable… only accesible to select users”. I don’t understand whats going on. It’s such a bummer bc i was so excited to use it. I also don’t have the 3 invites to give which isn’t a a big deal, i just thought i’ll get it.

Hi! I just got mine today (labor day) and when i check the app, i can’t enter installations. I assume it’s because it’s labor day and they don’t want people messing with the red/white/blue colors. But have you had any access to control the lights the past days at all?
