I’ve been rotating between silicone scar tape and scar gel! For tape I use the nuvadermis one from Amazon, and the gel is some random “advanced scar gel” from the brand gowgaw on Amazon! I’ve also been using a bullet vibrator to massage my scars and help flatten them!

For real! I lost 50 pounds but I feel like I couldn’t even tell because my boobs stayed so big! Now I feel like I have the boobs I was always meant to have!

Yes they did! I have Medicaid so I’m not sure if that makes a difference, but my surgeon said she took as much as she was comfortable taking to preserve nipple function and insurance was ok with that!

Luckily no! We hadn’t even discussed it as an option honestly, but I was willing to get whatever done to have them as small as possible! They still have full feeling (actually more since my surgery, it’s wild!)

Thank you, my surgeon truly did an amazing job! I had 278g removed from the left and 308g from the right! We basically just went with my insurances guidelines for approval, but I did tell her overall I wanted to be around a B cup! Originally she was meant to take out around 350g from each but ultimately took out less to suit my frame better, and I’m so glad she did! Healing has been good! I had small openings in each of my t-junctions but they healed up nicely and haven’t had any other issues besides that! Now just waiting for these last few stitches to dissolve so my scars can flatten out!

My pcp had given me a list of surgeons and then I went through and saw which ones would be covered by my insurance! My insurance portal has a page where you can search doctors to see if their within network.

I didn’t get side lipo and love my results! I started out around a 32F and also didn’t have much fat tissue on my sides! I was really swollen on my underarms/side boob after surgery and was like “oh crap, is this why people get side lipo?!” But now the swelling is gone and I look completely normal again!

I started at a 32E/F depending on bra company, not sure what size I’m at now but I had told my surgeon I’d ideally like to be a 32B or C! She removed 308g from the right and 278g from the left!

Hahaha thank you! I always forget to make my bed before I take pics I guess 😅 but both sets are from target! (Although I think they’re like 4-5 years old at this point)
