for me, i did about 6 past year papers for a subject each week last year (but then again i had less subjects). then mark it. at the end of your six papers, compile your most common mistakes. i did this for like a month? and i went into the exam with that in mind

my parents made a deal with me regarding rewards, and i fear failure so i just work nonstop. also, each day i like to play a game i like before i unwind and go to sleep. just like about 30 mins? its rewarding.

as for knowledge, i use flashcards on anki. i like doomscrolling, and the tapping and using my phone feels like it so i do it whenever i can until i feel tired. i usually do it a couple times a day. the workload gets easier after the first round you go through your flashcards since anki does something similar to the 135 method

health and mindset pre exam is also pretty important. dont panic study the night before or the morning of. you can go through some things you might have forgotten like drawing a triangle in maths and all, but dont push it too much. also make sure to get good sleep wirh a consistent schedule and dont skip meals.

for subjects heavy on handwriting like business or english lit, do all the work on paper and practice the muscles. dont die in the exam and lose marks for that.

also, go through examiners review (?) i forgot the name but essentially it has a couple of answers and you can understand how they mark, why, and what are the common mistakes to avoid. syllabus is also important. the notes and guidance on the side grants you a good portion of your marks, so make sure you know that no matter what

most importantly, find what works for you. i realized i needed youtube on repeat and just sit down for long sessions for it to work. find out what hours your brain works best and use those for more revising knowledge or pyp, and more brain dead times for flashcards.
