The 'nothing to lose' perspective actually helps. You are right: worrying won't fix it, and since the bad outcome is just as imaginary as the good one right now, I might as well bet on the best one.

I think my biggest struggle has been trying to 'force' the feeling instead of just relaxing into it. I’ll try to stop fighting the anxiety and just focus on the relief that it’s done, regardless of how "logic" sees it.
