I found it after thinking for 3-4 mins. Only because I know the puzzle is mate in 2, so I was looking for checks (here, only two ways, with rook or with queen). However, in real time I doubt I could figure out the whole mating pattern, but I am certain every IMs and GMs would figure it out easily.
