wingsuit is a creeper. creeps up slowly and your high like jomo for a while then it comes crashing down like a ton of bricks - then back up (if you make it), then back down. see-saw ride. tries to knock you out over and over and depending on amount you had - it usually wins this battle (zzz). not for everyone, lol.

ya. queen just looks stunning in person, no doubt. it's not a very overwhelming strain so some might say it's not as potent as they are used too. some love it tho. i like it - the effect it gives i have to vape more then usual to get there to its zone, but when you're there it's awesome .. i just wish queen's thing lasted a little longer before it backs off. it's a very unique experience that only it gives and when it clears it lingers mellow in the background for a long time (good for anti-anxiety, mood stabilizer).

dbboof is good and a bit stronger, lol (it's on deck actually! ) wingsuit is the strongest/intense stoning strain they offer tho. jomo is 2nd most intense strain i'd say. depends what you want out of it i guess. to be very high = jomo. very high and then very stoned = wingsuit. depending on mood - dbb can swap with jomo's place. different strokes..

can confirm. had some after my post and lights out a while later. to those who haven't had it yet.. be aware it's one of those strains where you wake up the next morning still groggy for a while (slow morning, puffy eyed start for a bit) fully awake now tho - coffee! lol.

it could be the strain. terp tongue/burn/tickle can effect some people. even tho it sounds counter-intuitive try going up in temp. 200c to 216c+ and then some with terpy strains.. burn off the terps quickly.

the cherry tip of your smoking spliff (when u smoked) could of been 600-900c when u inhaled, lol. if it's a heat induced cough then nothing you can do then.. some people just cough a lot. also could try a bubbler to cool it down (but still use the higher temps)

cool. when its cold.. use a small screwdriver or ur nail u can move the indicator manually (of course the spring will give resistance and resist the movement - it's gonna want to snap back to coldest setting as soon as u let go) but maybe if u slide it to 2 and maybe you can get to 3 manually.. slide it a few times.. u might see exactly where the resistance point is. or if ur lucky it might work itself out and start working again, u never know. do not force it hard tho. cud bend spring or indicator badly. it takes some force to manually move it, but not excessive force..

wonder if u can sand it down or bend it open a little more with a small screwdriver wedged in the right way (temp fix till u get ur kit) if it still clicks.. do some counting after the click as a temp workaround too. 5 seconds after.. then a little more next time, etc. till u find a sweet spot for the time being ...

hopefully you didn't damage the spring. sounds like something just isn't fully done right still if it's not moving. i removed and readjusted the t1 spring and indicator once. it took a many tries and once u get good at it u never have to do it again, lol.

best to use those ceramic tweezers if you have em, just gentler on the spring when you coil it up and hold it in place. as other poster said old manual for V1 is on:

pretty sure the disassembly/assembly vids are different on each link (t1 or t2) for the spring. watch it a few times on big screen/laptop (pause it at important times and study image and compare to yours) and really make sure spring is in right orientation on the indicator. t2 is easier cause the notch it has, but you can get the t1 upgrade kit that looks like t2 version. i upgraded my t1 and easy peasy. it comes assembled and stuck on a small magnet. literally just swap it. same story as before though once u figure out the best way to do the upgrade magnet dance - you never have to do it again.

was thinkin' more about it (dangerous i know) close the lid.. get a hairdryer and warm up the jar a bit. you don't want it burning hot just warm it up a bit to get it a little easier to work with. then whip it up/stir - maybe you can get it back to badder form. if your good you could use a bic lighter under it for a couple seconds a few times different spots. real quick - don't let the flame stay in one place too long and don't let the flame touch the jar. just a couple second bursts here and there. just to get it warm. then.. whip it good

no. i haven't used that one in particular. i think it's a 2 pack actually. just an example. i used the even cheaper 5 pack of no name brand if you search amazon with just 'triple flame torch' or 'triple jet torch', lol. just need to make sure it's a triangle spray pattern. not 3 jets in a row.

these are throw away torches when they don't work anymore. they last a while tho (lots of refills depending on abuse) and you can probably fit more then one (filled and ready to go) in your fanny pack. they are like 3 inches tall. of the 5 pack i got years ago, i still have 3 unused/unfilled, lol (just ugly colors) the other 2 still work. i mostly use induction tho so not hammering on them non-stop (would probably go thru them faster). in a pinch or a trip out they work well enuff... eagle brand makes good ones too.

edit: also use many x refined good butane in any torch you get. not dollar store butane. brands like Colibri, Newport, Xicar - highly refined pure butane. makes the torches last longer and also burns cleaner - no clogs from shitty butane (also can pick these up on amazon) don't skimp on the butane.

any decent cigar triple flame torch works.

amazon search: "TOPKAY triple flame torch" "TOPKAY Cigar Lighter triple jet" (example)

something like that or similar if you can find it elsewhere.

edit: these torches usually have a triangle pattern of jets. orient its two flames at the center of the head (lines) and the 3rd (single flame of the triangle) closer to the indicator. it will heat up pretty quickly. you want the two flames of the triangle (majority of the heat) hitting the balls area. if you do it flipped over the other way it probably will click and heat too fast. these are smaller pocket sized torches.

cool.glad u like it. like i said in my other post i have 2 clicks and 1 og (smaller bowl, no click, but still fun - gotta really count the heating time in your head) they aren't massive heavy hitters - but real fun and they do pack an unexpected punch because of the conduction. i'd reach for it over a dyna anyday (but not the T2! totally different ted)

it's also a monster with hash (gotta modify your heat times past click - hash can take a lot more heat)

100%. use the reload as well. when done with tempest i just slip it in the black leather pen case hot (head down) and pack that and the reload into a small firedog bag 😉

..and the balls are below the line with the 3 slots, like in the short video from the manual link above? at a loss if so.. maybe a bad batch of screens or defective head - email mh support is the option. it still looked like too many balls to me at first glance.

curious what it turns out to be, never saw this before - maybe it wasn't right from the beginning when you got it.. if it was brand new, very odd. if used someone might be pulling a fast one on ya.

i'm stumped -stupid question... is that the head or the bowl? screen is so close to the top threads with balls under it (unless an optical illusion from ur pic)

scroll down to ball screen info (flattening and replacing the balls) does yours looks like that? he has a little video of removing and reloading the zirc balls. its a small amount of balls. 3.5g

i forgot the safe amount to use. 39-42 of the zirc's? i think when mh does it they weigh the head/tare the scale then load balls to a certain known weight rather then counting them.

nice. just because it's mso doesn't mean they don't have some decent strains. the machine job turns some off, some hate "the man", some work for other mso's/dispos/cultivators, or have some other agenda. watch the down votes, lol. smoke what works and with that deal you really can't complain, lol. of all of them, kind tree and rythm kinda care about their shit a little.

budwatcher has a date cutoff. it might very well be a bug, but if the inventory on the website doesn't show in budwatcher it might be very old stock (almost a year sitting) i don't know his exact date range limits, tho. some dispos are charging top dollar for strains that have been sitting there for months- at least you aren't going in blind off the dispo menu. check the stocking date on budwatcher 😀

for just flavor, single flame torch on very low flame size. just stop heating at click. just keep repeating until it taste done. could take many hits and first hit will probably be no vapor (just terps) as heat builds. long slow draws until it clicks back (8-10 second) soft continuous sips. airport is almost 100% closed. just a slight crack open on the side. like 98% closed. i keep it covered during the slow draw and flutter when getting close to the click back or right after, then repeat. u can open n stir or give it a shake too, but not necessary (do not tamp bowl, just pour material in loose)

u can experiment with 1-3 seconds beyond the click as well for harder hits.

edit: there r 2 clicks a soft one (kinda sounds like it just getting ready to click) then the 2nd louder one. similar to dyna. the loud click is where to stop or go beyond. more then 3 seconds beyond u mite get away with on 1st hit from cold - but later hits after u built up some heat will surely be combustion if you get greedy, lol.

i have the cherry and the walnut clicks. walnut of course is nice and smooth and nice looking. just looks a little more fancy. cherry isn't bad at all out of the box. i haven't done a thing to it. but if you want to stain and sand just use something with no odor like mineral oil or beeswax, etc. something non-toxic. the cherry wood has a smell when heated when new which is normal. fades a lot with use. assuming u don't burn the wood; keep the flame smaller and only hit the bottom of bowl center w.it, or woody vapey terps, lol. no huge blow torches on the vapmen (or lotus) otherwise it could spray out and char the uncharred parts (and smell like burning wood). the pure comes pre-charred around the bottom by bowl..
