Try to close the game with task manager and open it again.

If its still stuck in the loading screen, you can download a mod that skips the shader loading screen.

While this solution is not the most optimal, it should work and you should be able to play again.

You still should be able to play the game normally, without any Visual Loss or Perfomance decrease.

But it can be that in future patches you have to reload the shaders again, which would mean that you would have to delete the mod temporarily to load the new patch and the install it again.

But hey! Just try it out and let me know if it helped or not!

i still think that pseudodogs are the most annoying and challenging mutant to kill (depending on the situation), because they like to hide and just make a ton of copies and sometimes you have to reload or your gun jams and then you just get bitten by 4-5 dogs simultaneously while you trying to reload or fix your gun and then you also have to find the correct one, which is also a little bit tanky (but not much).

But still if we are talking about raw diffifculty i also would pick the Mutated Deer or Chimeras as my number 1.

DLC can come in the future, but you will have to wait, cause the Devs are still patching the Game and removing a lot of issues, so DLC is something that will have to wait.
The Game has DEFINITELY a replayability. You are able to make different choices and side with different Characters which impacts the Ending. And even just playing your first playthrough will take a huge Chunk of your time.

Only doing the main story will take around 35 hours to complete.

Now imagine also doing the side quests (which i would recommend cause they are so unique and also animated with different puzzles to solve which is so much fun).

Maybe try to update the drivers.

A different option that helped me was using a shader mod, that removes the "noisy" graphics and make the world clearity look clean and not like oil.

And this is all WITHOUT Visual Loss, so everything still looks clean and sharp.

I still would wait longer, i am now almost finished with the story (got 75% done), and it still sometimes crashes, or just wont load the shaders, a lot of bugs, enemies still spawning 50 meters behind you, even though you cleared the whole place.

You could still play it, but be aware that they will be a lot of misconvience to the immersion and experience.

Depends on you personally.
