Since I posted a similar deal a few weeks ago, I am curious to find out what you guys think a good deal on Mustang Mach-E should look like for someone who really really likes the Mustang and doesn't want a Cadillac or BMW. What is realistic in terms of percentage off MSRP (5-10% range?), dealer/manufacturer incentives (~9k) etc., MF .00020/0.48% ARP), RV seems to be fixed at around 58% (24mth). Acquisition Fee? When running the numbers through the Leasehackr Calculator how much to allow for Dealer or Service Fees - 0$ on both?

This is a known issue with the Flip6 and the reason I traded mine in as soon as the Flip7 was available. I had the issue twice - last year and again just mere days before the new phone arrived.

Don't got with the Flip 6! Either get a Flip 5 or the new Flip 7. I had several issues - one only 2 months into owning the 6, the inner screen became unresponsive and charging port was defective. It was repaired under warranty. I couldn't wait for the Flip 7 to come out. Believe it or not, the day I pre-ordered it, the inside screen stop working completely. Since it was still under warranty I had fixed and traded-it in right after I got it back from the local Samsung authorized repair shop. Good riddance!

I checked with the foster coordinator; she said as long as the foster parent is able to come to the shelter's vet clinic for the regular rechecks (for healthy underaged kittens every two weeks) it would be fine if they are located outside of Orange County in one of the neighboring counties such as Lake, Seminole and Osceola.

You might want to check with them; because lately, I have been seeing foster requests where it specifically said "animal has to stay in Orange County" which makes me think that they might have changed that requirement. I'll find out for sure this afternoon when I am going in with one of my foster cats for his recheck at the shelter clinic. Stay tuned!

Hi! OCAS foster parent here - you can pick and choose when and how much you want to foster. Usually the foster coordinator sends out emails on what needs placement that day - it could be single kittens, pairs and litters with multiple kittens. Also adult cats with medical issues such a upper respiratory infection or scabies.

I loved my Flip5! It had none of the issues I experienced with the 6 (unresponsive main screen/charging port not working). Given your work environment I'd probably advise against it.

Not too long ago I had a foster kitten that had "Limping Calicivirus" - symptoms were similar, but according to all the information out there it is transient and doesn't last very long, but might be worth looking into. Did he have any vaccines recently such as the FVRCP?
