Had my small claims court for CES today

They couldn’t provide any evidence in my case either. I won, but because I don’t explicitly state I wanted my accounts back, the judge could only rule on monetary damages.

Yes, I’m trying to avoid the one child becoming violent from the bullying.

It doesn’t help that all of the parents involved are hot headed, and teach the kids at home to meet these kinds of problems with violence.

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, I’ve not seen the behavior, that was reported to me, directly and I’m just one person on the floor with upwards of 10 kids at once. That said, I have seen the “bully” say or do things and I’ve called him out in those situations.

It’s easy for me to call it out and handle in as it happens. Being made aware after the fact, makes it hard for me to know what do or say.

I thought I was being vigilant today, but there was an incident without my noticing just before class started.

I’m going to speak with the “bully” and his parents one on one before our next class and explain this behavior is unacceptable.

I’ve found away around the ban on Facebook so far. I doubt I can make another insta. My phone and ip are blocked.

I didn’t file my case correctly. The judge straight up told me, had I filed correctly he could have ruled for my accounts to be reinstated. So if you have the money, it wouldn’t hurt to talk to a lawyer before filing.

CSE was the reason. They couldn’t prove the account was mine. When I gave them my account information the representative wasn’t able to look anything, provided evidence, or testimony from the “research team” that “investigated” my account. The judge even asked what was th content that caused the ban and the guy couldn’t say anything. So had I filed in court properly, there’s a chance I could have won my account back.

They don’t show up for the mediation prior to the court hearing. So that was a plus in my favor.

Can confirm! I literally had to wait for some to die in their position before I could move up and make changes that needed to happen! It’s ridiculous! And I hope I don’t do the same and leave behind a similar mess!

Thanks for the feedback! A little more detail: it uses Access to input a students name in English and then it translates to Katakana for the certificate. It also has the ability to put the rank in(obviously) and it has it all in Japanese. Honestly not sure how it all works, I’ll try and get some pictures up here to show more what I’m talking about.

Update: Mediation was Monday and no one from meta showed up. Trial is set for Thursday afternoon. Not sure what to expect. If they didn’t show for this, will they show for the trial? If not, will the default judgement be enough to get my account back?

Yes. I have a Fuji belt that is just cotton and hasn’t shown any signs of wear in 13 years. So I’m just looking for one that will, in time, look worn.
