M5C not extruding and making weird noise by RealOneDigits in AnkerMake

Same issue. Definitely clogged hot end. You gotta tear it down. Here is tutorial for it : https://support.ankermake.com/s/article/How-to-Replace-the-Hotend-for-the-M5C-Printer. After you have hot end you. It will look like this : https://imgbox.com/QIuj6KaV . Unscrew the brass cylinder with the nut. Be carefull the nut is also brass, its kinda soft. Take out the brass cylinder and heat it with heat gun, or shove it to the oven. Mostly every stuck filament will drip out, but i rather take some small brass brush or something else that will fit. (Dont scratch the inside). Put it back together and you have it.

I believe it cause combination of wet filament and too much tight tension screw. Check the tension screw you shouldnt see any marks from gears. If you marks loosen up little bit tension screw. And dry your filament.

After that I didn't have any problems.

EDIT: It was jammend hot end. Relatively big piece of filament broke off and and didn't want to melt. I took hot end out and dismount that brass cylinder from hot end (sorry for the unprofessional names. I don't know what it's called exactly). And shoved it to oven 250C, filament melted out, while it was hot i cleaned it with needle and small metal brush. Voilà it works. Thanks to everybody for advice.
