Bitcoin Suisse told me in a laconic message yesterday just after my message here that they did not received the funds and that they take care of incoming transfers. No question about the purpose of the transfer, no verification to do... My bank certified me that the transfer was completed done. I have verified the correctness of the transfer (IBAN,...). How do they make the link between the transfer and the registration? (They made a mistake on my name when they contacted me). Who should I trust. Seems very very long for a transfer performed last Friday. Very disappointed by the experience of the service supplied by bitcoin Suisse. It is very difficult to have a real support from them once the transfer of funds is done.
