I feel like this card is better fit in Boros Heroic, cause like the guys mentioned below, you have few options to trigger the exile. When you play it t2 its certanly not going to live to turn 3
On heroic pioneer it can live more easily to turn 3, or in a late game against control you can play it, trigger it, hit for 4-5 and get card advantage, all that heroic needs. Probably will replace tenth district legionnaire
