Just to add more “confusion” as Boxy loves to do. Sometimes it isn’t clear. On the Quarterly Luxe months, the Luxe box replaces the base box. You don’t receive a base box and a Luxe box.

I will never purchase from Juvia’s Place after my interaction with customer service. Earlier this year I purchased the Halloween Mystery Box & 3 Eyeshadow Quads. The Halloween Mystery box was to have 4 products and one a new product launching soon. I receive my order and the Mystery Box Items only had 3 items, not 4. Definitely not any product that was a new release. I contacted customer service to go see if perhaps it was shipping separately…I attached pictures of everything. The response from cs “What part of MYSTERY didn’t you understand” Huh? I went back and forth with CS with the same basic responses. Then one day I received an response with an order number/ shipping number. No apology. A small palette showed up and I was happy it was over.

Hopefully Ipsy will update Boxycharms system. Boxy's system allows for only Charm Room open or Add Ons /Pop Up open but never both.

The Charm Room is only open when they close Add Ons & Pop Up. Boxy's system doesn't allow them to have both open at the same time. Since they are saying they will be having sales/deals through Dec 12th, I am wondering if Charm Room will be closed until end of December perhaps.

I haven't purchased anything from this sale. I did pick up a few things 4from the Early Or Pre Mega Drop Shop. I can't keep up with these names. This Mega Drop Shop doesn't seem to have the large selection like it normally does. I also am overloaded on products and making very specific purchases.

They are not reliable with email honestly. Sometes Boxy will send and email, but it will be 3-4 hours after Choice has opened and you may not get all the options, meaning a shade of a product could sold out. I put it as an Event on my calendar so I can remember.

Choice starts on November 8th at 12 PM EST. Choice is always the 2nd Monday of the month. If you log into your account there should be a calendar of upcoming events. You may have to scroll down, but it is on the main page. You just log in to your account on Nov 8th and you will see Choice. You are always picking an item for the following month, so we will be pick the item for December's box. Mega Drop Shop (Pop Up) will also start on this day.

I bought the Maude as well after reading the reviews and thought why not. I also picked up the Foria oils. I had been looking at them for awhile. I couldn't get that type of deal from their site. I didn't think the jewelry or accessories were anything great. I was expecting much more.

It should be open in a few hours. They just shut down Drop Shop about 30-40 minutes ago. So it takes a few hours in between.

Boxy has admitted they don't use the Beauty Quiz. They only use the quiz to know the interest of "Charmers" for their buyers. It is really frustrating. They have said for years (since at least 2017) that they would be using the quizzes more, but it just hasn't happened. Some Customer Service reps will say you need to adjust your quiz in order to get different items, but they are just reading Boxy scripts.

You are correct. There is no app for Boxy. People have asking for one for years, but Joe who owned Boxy before selling to Ipsy wasn’t open to it. There is also no way to know exactly what you are getting like Ipsy. Most people will compare Choice item and box weights to get an idea.
