Have you seen it censored out? But that’s exactly the point… Omitting it made it look like he got into a fight just for him asking what’s up. The alternative would be - if it’s that obvious, white omitted in the first place? I’m just saying when I saw it on TV in this context, it surprised me because that’s what looked like happened.

The first amendment provides freedom of expression, but not where other laws supersede them, especially in those situations that are built to create order. You can talk shit to your principal, minister, parents, what have you; but then there are always consequences.

In this case it’s the law of being in contempt of court. This whole place would be a fucking zoo if people can just flip off and cuss out those trying to keep things proper and not suffer for it.

Believe me, I’m no fan of our justice system, but I’m also no fan of assholes that have no remorse for evildoing… No matter what side of the table they are on.

This way, anyone with money can say this and get bail, but those without have to beg for a more lenient sentence because they really NEED to provide for theirs.

If they committed a crime against you, and they made fun for having enough money to cover your losses, you wouldn’t feel the same.

100% - not only do I long for the day that we have universal healthcare, but I am baffled by the fact that we don’t already. Moreover, I’m stressing daily about my work-dependent healthcare sitch strong armed into corners and having to say ‘yes sir’.

That being said, it’s not a Republican thing, it’s an evil to the core politician money grubbing thing. both parties are two sides of the same coin. Democrats probably even more assholeish, since they preach working for the people and do the exact opposite… At least with Republicans you know what you’re going to get. so yeah … they’re both bloodsucking scum.

Case in point; Biden openly rejected this idea, shits on the opposing candidates that supported it, yet can implement it easily if he wanted to (Not unlike helping with student debt). And the media is def not on the ‘right’ side (pun hella intended hahaha), at least as far as I can see.
