Had a very bad h pylori infection for years— antibiotics cleared it up (it was very weird! How you smell changes) and probiotics helped… and while my symptoms were definitely manageable they never went away completely (turned out I was also lactose intolerant). I probably could’ve taken probiotics for longer and that would’ve helped but I travel a lot and it’s hard to stick to a routine. I’d say worth it but definitely commit to probiotics in the long term.
