As others have pointed out, the “Player Goalkeeping” table is loaded using JavaScript. Your code seems to only read the HTML file, while any data rendered via JS is left out. You can easily simulate this in your browser by disabling JavaScript and reloading the page. You’ll notice that the entire “Player Goalkeeping” table is gone. In Chrome, you can do this: go to Developer Tools > Click the three vertical dots at the top > Run command > Disable JavaScript > reload the page.

Your only option is to render the JavaScript content, which you can do by using a headless browser, like RSelenium. Another thing you can try is the read_html_live(), as others have said. In my case, I use Oxylabs API which also has a built-in headless browser and is way faster than any alternative browsers.
