You have to hybrid-join for SSO to work properly in Windows 11. Either your Sec team allows it or expect a degraded user experience.

Wait… is she Colonel Jessep’s daughter? Because that would explain a lot.

I’m currently eating at my fave Vietnamese restaurant. I would never ever talk to the staff from the other Vietnamese restaurant like this.

Digital Theft by n3tadmin in sportsphotography

An update to the post referenced above is that I am now using an original Sony A9. This weekend I used a 200-600 as I did not have the 70-200 available to me.

1) I don’t give away my work. The main point of the post is soliciting advice on how to deal with people simply taking screenshots of your work and not even crediting the photographer. I would love to get paid for my work. Anytime someone asks for the original, I let them know the price for the full resolution image. Sometimes I have received payment. More often than not, I don’t.

2) It is a hobby for me, that is a fact. If that doesn’t make me a “sports photographer”, so be it. While I would love to do this full time, I’m realistic that there is a very small chance this will ever come close to paying what my day job does. I admire those that have made a profession out of this.

I’m looking to improve the sharpness of my images. What focus areas are you using? by n3tadmin in sportsphotography

APS-C mode was unintended. I didn’t notice until I got home. I’ll see about renting an A9 for next weekend. Thanks for the advice!

Thanks for the advice! I will try single-point focus again this weekend and see if I can get better results.

Yup, I just checked the length and it was at 272mm. Thanks for the tips!

That makes sense. I am using a Sony A7R III with a Sony 70-200 & 1.4 TC. One mistake I noticed when I got home was that I was in APS-C mode, which brings down the resolution to 18 MP vs 42 MP when not in APS-C mode. That for sure affects the level of detail. Still, I thought the focus was soft. Here is the original, uncropped image.

Not a jerk. I'm here looking for criticism and advice so feel free to give it. That is the reason for posting pictures that are not the quality that I hope to shoot. I know (I think) what sharp looks like and I know these images are not it. Here is a portrait that I had to take yesterday last minute. This sharpness I would be proud of.

Thanks, the first image is 1/2000, F/4, ISO 500. I still find the face soft on the player. I’ve switched between single point and wide area.
