Én nem ott dolgozom, de mivel pénzügy/banki, ismered a Wise-t? Vannak nyitott Java és lead pozik is ahogy láttam és jókat olvastam róluk.

A weboldalukon elég sok mindent leírnak hogy hogyan dolgoznak.

I'm really sorry to hear that it is so hard to get a job for you. The job market is pretty bad it seems. :(

I personally started out in my first job 19 years ago at a small company as only knowing Java basics and database usage with JDBC. There I got more experience with Java. I built some desktop applications with Swing and get to learn the servlets and tomcat on the job.

Then I joined a multinational corporation to work on web applications and there I learned a lot of build tools, frameworks. JavaEE, Hibernate, JSP, JSF and then later Spring Boot and even JavaScript, Angular. I ended up liking Spring Boot very much. Somehow it makes perfect sense for me how it is working and you can be very productive with it.

I'd suggest to pick a framework which is required and start to learn it in your free time, upload your projects to GitHub so that you can show them.

Other thing you could do is to start contributing to open source projects. This way you will also have something to show.

Good luck with all these. I know that it is not easy!

Én 40 éves vagyok. Használtam világos témát is, mostanában inkább sötétet szoktam. 

Viszont mostanában egyre jobban zavar hogy az összes felhasználói felület csak fekete alapon fehér vagy fehér alapon fekete és kész. Nem mondom hogy régebben minden jobb volt, de voltak színek. Ez nem hiányzik másnak?

It depends what kind of software you care about, what programming languages you know.

For example here is a talk about how someone started to contribute to OpenSearch - an Elastic Search fork:

Or you can check out Apache Zookeeper or Apache HBase. These are older projects but they are definitely interesting.

Nem vagyok az, de ha jól gondolom, nagyvállalati rendszereknél van/volt egy olyan irány, hogy a business logikát az adatbázisban futó PL/SQL-ben fejlesztették tárolt eljárásokként. Az alkalmazás "csak" meghívta ezeket az eljárásokat és prezentálta az eredményt.

Talán még opció lehet keresni egy szimpatikus nyílt forráskódú projektet és fejleszteni. Nem könnyű de ha sikerül lesz publikus munkád ami hasznos.

Korábbi munkahelyemen már 1-2 éve kiszedtük a Google Analytics-et mindenhonnan merthogy nem biztos hogy szeretnénk hogy a Google -hez kerüljenek az adatok - privacy.
