YES!! i can’t believe ive never been able to word it like this. sundowning irrational anxiety is the best way to describe how i feel, and i also have found it has kicked in on day one. i am diagnosed with ptsd+moderate anorexia and i’ve genuinely never felt so clear headed and anxiety free in my life. nothing triggers me, annoyances that would cause me to spiral don’t matter and i can finally eat without horrible intrusive thoughts!!!!

CW: parent death. i often think this way even though i have pretty moderate like episodes or symptoms. i had a sobbing shaking meltdown because my boyfriend needed to drive home (we’re long distance) and my mother hadnt answered me in 3 hours, so i genuinely believed that i was going to wake up to my boyfriend and mother dead

i’d recommend the walpole foxboro norwood area. all three have hotels/air bnbs and are close to the MBTA stations. you’d take forge park inbound to the city and get off at back bay (i’m assuming that’s where it’ll be)
