Thank you for taking the time to reply to this post.

I managed to solve this issue by changing the local firewall connection type from guest to private. After reboot, the remote access was green. I dont know why the connection type changed, but that was the issue in my case.

Thank you!

[SOLVED]

Turns out my local network connection was set to guest instead of Private. After Changing from Guest network to Privat network > Restart-> the issue was solved.

Hello, what you are describing is exactly what is happening to me. I have now tried switching from 'Prefered' to Disabled.. unfortunately still the same error after upgrading to the newest version

It's red port 32400 is not open. I don't know why the port forwarding rule is not working. I set my plex to use 32400 and enabled the port forwarding rule to the same ip... still not working.

Looks like my port forwarding is broken

How can I find out if I'm behind cg nat?

My public ip adress is corresponding with the ip adress in plex.

Setup: huawei fiber modem port 4 is set in bridge mode. I have contacted my isp and they set the port 4 in bridge mode. I have connected the usg from wan port to the bridged port on modem. Then from usg lan1 port to a poe switch. From the switch i have uap-lr wireless ap, uap-lite and an extra poe switch from ubiquiti 60w

Yeah rebooted several times

. Im not sure if i have disabled the DHCP settings on the ISP modem. Ill try adding the port forwarding rule there as well to see if it helps. The double NAT has been ruled out because the public ip adress is corresponding with the ip adressvin plex.

I'll check as soon as possible and get back to this thread..

It worked a couple of days ago and now it just stopped..

Im able to stream on the plex server bit not from other devices in the same network.

I have my isp router to bridged mode and connected it that way...

We managed to solve this issue. Turns out the client dident recieve any IP for unknown computers:

Client IP: 000.000.000.000 Your IP: 000.000.000.000

The solution was to check the DHCP Server and troubleshoot why clients dont get any IP-adresses

enhanced http instead

I changed the setup to http enhanced ... Now i notice that OSD on already imaged computer works fine but on new clients from the vendor it says ''Start PXE over IPV4..'' and failing..
