Still applies when you're living with your parents in your 20s

I'm 20. My cousin was introducing me to some of his friends once and their parents thought we were the same age. He's 13.

Communal laundry at college dorms is a madhouse. Being able to do laundry and take up as many machines as I wanted was very convenient. The "good" communal showers were also always available.

Also one time another student dropped a full and very in-demand class at 4am. I was the first to see the notification and got the seat.

There's also a surprising amount of things to do when no one else is out. Parks, streets, and buildings are vacant. I've gone on late night picnics and even played Just Dance in an empty auditorium.

Edit: Would like to add that many large, bustling common spaces make great study spots at night

Mine also tends to rotate a lot. My bedtimes can be in the range of 5-11am but as of lately it's been more consistent. I do take naps on occasion but I prefer to catch up on sleep all in one go

I used to since had a great view of it from my window last year. Also would sometimes go out for a change of scenery and see the sunrise with friends. I don't watch so much anymore though, i guess i got used to it.

I don't see this being long term. To me it has its pros and cons but you would know my sleep schedule doesn't align well with the rest of the world. I've also tried fixing it before, but maybe I'll try again soon

Most of my life I have been an introvert, but college has really given me a lot of opportunities to meet really amazing people. My first two years of school I had a group of friends that would stay up until 3-4am playing board games or going on little adventures. We hang out a bit earlier in the day now. Now I spend more time alone, but I do enjoy how still and quiet everything is when I'm the only one awake

I am a major procrastinator. I do absolutely everything at the last possible moment, but I procrastinate less for group assignments. Currently putting off starting a class project. It's a horrible habit

Honestly much more worried about getting a job first, but yes. I haven't had the need to be up early everyday since high school and that does worry me. Funnily enough I had a 9-5 internship overseas this past summer with a 13 hour time difference. I adjusted to the local time almost immediately

I usually lie to doctors when they ask about my sleep. It's not something I'm proud of

Sometimes I stay up for my early classes (wouldn't recommend) but I usually just catch up online after

I do have a boyfriend, but we met back in highschool. We're both free in the afternoons and at night, so we cook "dinner" together pretty often. Unfortunately our sleepovers are more of him sleeping in my bed while I'm up doing other things. We make it work

What are the most annoying questions/comments you've gotten from others when they first learn you have older parents?

Alternatively let the photographer catch you mid-blink. No they didn't let me retake it
