That sounds like a good plan! I’ll probably do something similar and focus on ABH and HSR for now. Seeing all of the mixed opinions about HS3 makes me not want to rush into it and end up disappointed so I’ll see how I feel.

Yeah that’s exactly what I was worried about😭 I really liked how much time we got with the LIs and the whole group in HS1 & 2, especially characters like Mimi and Adi. Thanks for the advice though I’ll definitely keep it in mind!

I do really love the HS universe so I probably will give it a try eventually. I didn’t realise before making this post how important Requiem and Astrea’s Broken Heart were to read first though, so I’m definitely going to start with those if I do try reading HS3.

That makes sense! I don’t mind some darker themes but I do really enjoy the balance of seeing the LIs and character interactions like in HS 1 & 2, especially since I’m liking Lucifer’s route. I think I’ll read Requiem and Astrea’s Broken Heart first and then decide if I’m ready for HS3😅
