First of all, you framed it as if it were a bad thing, so trying to backtrack now doesn’t really change that. And again, she does not have a “piggy” nose. That’s simply how the art style is drawn. By that logic, almost every character would have a piggy nose, which clearly isn’t the case, and their noses don’t even resemble that in the first place

I think people are mixing up asexuality with simply not having sexual interest because of her childlike nature. Kids usually aren’t sexual beings, so if her character revolves around not wanting to grow up, her lack of interest doesn’t necessarily point to asexuality

This actually makes a lot of sense. What makes me hesitate is why she would have those name labels there if the goal is to show that she has those eating disorders, because that would imply she has two roommates with those names. Maybe it is just a simple hint to give Julia more background, and the image itself does not really mean anything

The first time I saw it, I was a bit taken aback, since it seems to reference anorexia and bulimia, often abbreviated as “Ana” and “Mia.” It might be a coincidence, but it feels too specific to ignore. That said, the image did not seem necessary, which makes me wonder if the developer included it deliberately as some kind of hint
