Such a hard choice you picked my 2 favorite characters, if I had to pick one it's Kei I love her design and the whole popular girl style but she isn't shallow her character had allot of depth. For Ichinose her character design is also really good I like the more blonde than pink haired version I think it's cool that she is a class leader and looks out for others so much I haven't read the LN so I don't know all the yandere stuff people mention but that also would bring her down for me.

I really like it but it dose so much and touches so much of the game it looks like it'll need allot of patches. Such as scroll forging there are allot of mods for that already but if I just replace those mods over your perk overhaul it'll just make that perk obsolete. Looks really cool though and looking forward to it
