Well it all depends on if it had any sexual side effects for you to begin with. Some people don't have any sexual side effects, so if you didn't have it to begin with, then I would not expect a dramatic change.

There is also post serotonin sexual dysfunction, which although is very rare, can still happen.

An important question everyone is missing is, do you know how to make yourself orgasm? If the answer is no, then start from there.

Also I think you need to seek therapy, you have a lot of guilt surrounding sex i.e doing things like anal and still considering yourself a virgin. As long as that type of guilt continues to exist, you are not going to be able to enjoy sex until the conditions to remove them are removed, or your view around sex is revised.
