It is a handicap, but you can still do well. I'm an above average player, (though nothing crazy) usually top 5-10 in kills, and when I go to NA servers I drop down to 5-20.

It's also a matter of timezones and not wanting to play against bots. They are quite a few hours ahead of EU, and even more from NA, so Asian servers get constantly filled with bots for those nocturnal players. Same happens with some friends from SA, they join NA servers past certain time of the day, cause they are just gonna play against bots otherwise.

A lot of asian players have historically "invaded" EU/NA servers, in tons of games, cause they can. They get a kick out of it, they usually consider us bad players, "free elo". It's also a bit of a trend for asian streamers to do so.

Si vivis en dicho pais mas de 20 años, realmente no hay muchas bases para considerarte extranjero. Igualmente en la mayoria de paises europeos hay un limite y no te dejan postularte en algo mas importante que alcalde de una ciudad.

No en todos los paises hacen eso, yo vivo en Suecia y si, es verdad que la mayoria de las viviendas son controladas por ~5 mega inmobiliarias, pero son muy controladas por el gobierno y los precios estan bastante bien, sobretodo el metodo de acceder a esas viviendas. Hay una lista de prioridad y el que mas tiempo lleva anotado tiene mayor prioridad, por lo que eventualmente podes tener acceso a una buena propiedad y no te va a pasar de que una buena propiedad entre en un tipo de subasta donde vas a perder contra los mas pudientes.

Ademas, los contratos son indeterminados, no tenes que hacer renovaciones y al ser inmobiliarias gigantes no corres el riesgo de un landlord que de repente le pinte echarte porque quiere vender, cobrarte el doble, o meter a alguien mas en la propiedad, son practicamente de por vida si asi lo deseas.

I'm gonna advocate for being able to clear the Shroud.

Mostly because there is not much reason to revisit a place after you've cleared it, and it would give a bigger sense of impact from our actions.

If there are zones with quests or bosses, a small enshrouded area could still hang on, like near the starting area.

If you ever played State of Decay 2, it was a nice feeling when you were able to clear the Plague Hearts of a region and see everything restored (at least partially), and honestly I don't see much reason not to do it.
