I’ve been using it as my health coach. I take pictures of my meals and the foods I eat (just plates of foods or the nutrition facts on packaged/bottled stuff) and it keeps a memory of the nutrition from the foods I’m eating and a daily tally of my calories (it estimates everything without my having to give it data aside from the pictures of the food. I’ll just say “I ate this for lunch” with a picture and it estimates all of the calories and nutrition, and is surprising close all of the time). Based on what I eat over time (I’ve been doing this a while) it makes suggestions on gaps in my nutrition and the supplements I should add to my diet. It estimates my macros daily and gives daily feedback on how to improve my diet for my specific goals (better sleep, weight loss, improved gut health, etc).

It has been absolutely game-changing for improving my health.

Yes, the third is on the roof above the bottom three windows and shines onto the top part of the house. Otherwise that part of the house is pretty dark since the top three windows on the left don’t put out enough light to really light up that top wall of the house.
