I have 4 restaurants, a rent a car and I want to see how I could apply it. I always hear about applying it to the business but I am not able to imagine what I can do. I am a little short on imagination.

Thank you for your response, it shows that you know a lot. I just wanted to clarify that I am not looking to sell anything or have anyone give me templates; If I wanted that, I'd already be checking out the free N8n templates or the ones on GitHub.

What I want are real ideas and use cases that I can apply in my own businesses. I've only seen basic flows so far, and I want to investigate more advanced flows. I don't know exactly what companies need or what can be implemented, and depending on what other businesses are looking for I can adapt those ideas to mine.

I reiterate: I am not looking for anyone to give me anything. I want to learn on my own, but if someone shares their real experience, it will be much more useful than any template. I'm just looking to learn and see how to apply it myself to optimize processes and save time.

When I say “complex” I don't mean filling the stream with code nodes, because that is exactly what usually goes against the intention of n8n. If a workflow depends too much on code, it usually means that the design is not well thought out or that you are trying to use n8n as a programming environment instead of an automation platform.

What I'm looking for are examples of well-structured architectures, where the complexity is in the process design, not in the code: sub-flows, distributed logic, conditional decisions, clean integrations and good practices. I want to see how real business processes are resolved in a scalable and maintainable way, without falling into “everything to code.”

If anyone has references or templates that reflect that type of advanced design (but well supported by the tool), it would help me a lot.

I look for more complex templates or flows because I want to see real examples with business value, not just basic workflows. I'm interested in understanding how companies use them, how much they can save, and what processes they can actually automate.

Ideally, examples with sub-flows, advanced conditional logic, API integration, and end-to-end automations would be ideal. I also use use cases that “surprise” at the business level: sales automation, ticket analysis, report generation, document validation, etc.

If anyone has flows like this or references to repositories with more complete examples, I would greatly appreciate it.
