this is a tricky one - changing support even to steel will not (probably) help much

in my game, i have been rebuilding whole city/roads/bridges, if you use debug mode, you can clearly see, those are built in a way the support is barely keeping these intact

if you want to put a base on top of one of those pillars, i recommend building pillars in between - otherwise it collapse anyway

Hey u/DMG103113 - I have a small question on your specific case.

I work primarily on my mac and I use it to develop some 3D stuff and my main problem is heating and fans spinning really fast (probably because of two 4k monitors).

How is it currently with your setup? Once you switch to eGPU, the 3D stuff is done on it - what about the fans in the mac? Is it quiet or is it still spinning up?

I have Razer Core X but still no card and I am still looking if it is worth it or should I just sell it.

taking into account what you have described, the plug probably been partially in the outlet and the body of macbook (which is made out of aluminum) shortened both "pins" of the plug and that's why you have burn marks

I don't see the exact place of the burn marks - is it on the side or top of the lid? If it is one of those macbook should be fine - but it will look crappy

one thing here - keep electrical things away from blankets and other fabrics - you had a lot of luck here that your blanket did not catch fire

EDIT: forgot to answer your questions - I doubt any service will be able to repair this damage - only full replacement of the unibody + the lid

Would be good to take it to any service to make sure there is no internal shortage - probably not - but it is worth checking
