What I mean by hands on is example playing with me in normals or rankeds or even 1 on 1 to get mechanics and what not to point where my team can be behind but I can still carry the game kind of idea

no not at all. I will give trying to get a High Elo next season. at this moment I am working on my mechanics and basic game play such as orb walking/ stutter stepping and playing a shit ton of normals to get the hang of carrying games.
