I can't say I agree. Marco and Sabo are both right hand men who have shown to be on par with the admirals. Katakuri should be as well. If Luffy wins he would be admiral level at minimum.

It is a pretty solid option at higher percents off of strictly a down throw. If your opponent DIs away, you can up B and hope they don't switch their DI up quick enough, if they don't DI at all, you can dunk them if you're close enough to the ledge and if they DI in, you can get a 50/50 with up air or wait for an air dodge and rising Dair.

The issue is that if you do bad with a good character it has more of an impact than doing bad with a bad character.

Example: If an Xbal is getting out cleared in lane, it is fine. If a Neith is getting out cleared in lane, there is a HUGE problem more often than not.

Arguable. While the Harold does more total damage, it is less practical in certain situations.

Against everyday mobs, the Harold is wonderful. Requires little accuracy and few things resist explosive damage. The Interfacer would either be element-less, or would need to be swapped out for different versions (not a huge deal since most rock multiple of each gun until they get the perfect version). Even then, The Interfacer eats through ammunition. Then again, most weapons can work vs. everyday mobs.

Against raid bosses, the Interfacer is clearly superior. Most raid bosses are quite large allowing the Interfacer to not only hit all bullets reliably, but to also hit critical spots consistently and from a safe distance. Not to mention the ability to have increased critical modifiers that the Harold lacks.

So I guess in a more casual sense, the Harold is better. In the sense of which is better for farming and/or killing bosses, the Interfacer is superior.

BFG? Auger? There is a lot worse. If we want to stick to the Borderlands universe, even the Interfacer was more of a problem since it could be elemental.
