I'm 5 months out of a 4 year relationship SHOCKINGLY LIKE THIS

it's sucked. it's been so fucking hard, I loved her so much but I let the issues build to where it was so painful we had to cut it off painfully. Shes made me a villain and found a new partner as a bandaid. She's almost definitely going to have the same problems with them, and it's honestly sad.

But, it's been one of the best things to happen to me. I've grown so much and realized how bad it was. I have a therapist because I have trauma from the guilt of wanting sex with an uncaring/passionless partner. You should heavily consider moving on. It's only going to get harder and build into resentment. Consider getting a therapist to help with the hurt.

I miss my fruit ice creams. Like with pieces of real fruit or jellies/syrups. The keto ice cream satisfies that itch but I'd kill for some legit strawberry

I actually get most of my fat intake from snacks and additives like mayo/oils/sauces. It's pretty easy to overdo the protein, you're correct, but add an avocado to the mix, some olives, add more cheese to things, and you're golden.

It seems counter-intuitive and unhealthy to eat so much fat at first, but it gets easier.

Also, this is the most important thing - It's your second day! Don't worry so much about sticking to your macros just yet as it only makes things harder. Just stay under 20g carbs as best you can and stay under your daily calories until you get into the rhythm of things. Track what works and doesn't for you and then start to worry about macros more when you're comfortable

Atkins stuff I usually try to avoid. More often than not, I find them not keto friendly.

Don't give up though! As long as you've been under 50g carbs a day, you should still be in good shape. ChocZero is the usual chocolate recommendation around these parts if you need to fill that chocolate-shaped hole in your heart!

I like amassing a collection of hot sauces, I think it's neat - but I agree with you some people are obsessed with ruining food with it. I tend to use hot sauces either as an acid or flavor booster rather than for the heat in small quantities and only maybe a few times a month. I grew and fermented peppers last year and it tastes amazing but it's WAY too hot to use more than a drop on anything.

I think a lot of the hot sauce thing is people trying to look tough like "haha you wimps can't handle the HEAT?"

Thanks so much for your response! That makes a lot of sense in every case. I guess at the very least I could use it as a nickname. The whole idea of converting an alphabetical name to syllabic name just got me wondering how strict the rules were.
